Phase 1 - Live Blood Analysis with Diet & Nutrition

This package includes a Live Blood Analysis session to establish the state of a persons blood, the benefits of which are many. Clean blood with healthy blood cells and no toxic accumulation results in a healthy body. If on the other hand an over acidic condition of the blood is evident with uric acid crystals, yeast build up or bacteria infiltration it can be corrected with adjustments in Diet & Nutrition and the status quo resumed. Live Blood Analysis is a good starting point in any health regime.

Phase 2 - Charting

In phase two of the Fertility Wellness Package I will teach you how to chart your fertility cycle. I use the Creighton Model System of charting which is linked to Naprotechnology a new women's reproductive health science and is practised by several doctors in Ireland.

I teach this system over a number of sessions. It includes an introductory session where you receive a chart, stamps, and a manual. Basically you are instructed to recognise and record the daily standardised biological markers seen through the menstrual cycle, that are essential to understanding a women's health and fertility. These biomarkers also help to identify abnormalities in a women's health and cycle. It only takes a few minutes per day but provides incredible insight into the function of the body. With an accurate fertility chart we can proceed to the next phase of the plan.

Phase 3 - Acupuncture

Phase three involves timely acupuncture in the menstrual cycle. This involves several acupuncture sessions per month, that are timed accurately with the chart to promote the different stages of the cycle, namely the follicular phase, ovulation and the luteal phase. The acupuncture sessions include Pulse and Tongue diagnosis, which give further insight.

Timeline

The timeline in this package is as follows:

• Week 1 - A one-off appointment of Live Blood Analysis with Diet & Nutrition advice.

• Week 2 - An introductory session of Creighton Model Fertilitycare charting.

• Week 4 - 1st follow up Creighton Model Fertilitycare charting appointment, where the chart is observed and corrected. Further tuition is provided.

• Week 6 - 2nd follow up Creighton Model Fertilitycare charting appointment, where the chart is observed and corrected. Further tuition is provided.

• Week 8 - 3rd follow up Creighton Model Fertilitycare charting appointment, where the chart is observed and corrected. Further tuition is provided. We should now be in a position to have a timely blood test to assess the status of the hormones in luteal phase.

• Week 10 - 4th follow up Creighton Model Fertilitycare charting appointment. At this stage we have normally completed two menstrual cycles and any anomolies in the menstrual cycle will now be seen on the chart. By Week 10 the chart can assist in determining if further fertility treatment is required alongside acupuncture. I recommend at least 8 sessions of acupuncture for the women and if deemed necessary the man can have acupuncture also.

I frequently get asked the question "what if I don't become pregnant at this stage"? A visit to a Naprotechnology trained doctor may be necessary whereby they will assess the chart and recommend further tests, and scans. I find this package is a good starting point, it is informative, and it creates a natural healthy platform where conception is a reality.
